My 10 day home food challenge!
If there is such a thing called man of food, I might be one
of them. I like certain foods more than I like certain people. If you think you’re
one of them, you can stop reading now.
But I don’t eat as healthy and as good as I want most of the
time. Definitely I don’t eat at the level I can cook for the most part. The
idea of packing my food is very distant idea which I’m not really willing to
accept any time soon. But maybe my incentives were wrong. If you are not doing
something, probably the incentives are not there to make you do so.
In about 10 days I’ll be back home, and will get tested for
my usually high cholesterol levels. Then there will be talks, feelings of guilt
etc. Is 10 days enough to reverse the damage, not necessarily, but still it’s
something.
Besides I’m utterly bored; usually unproductive in my free
time; I want to post again etc.
So here is the challenge.
For 10 days, starting March 4, I’ll only consume the food I
made. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’ll be posting my progress
not because it’s interesting, but it will in a weird way create a pressure for me
to keep my promise.
You don’t have to give a sh.t, and probably I wouldn't be
interested if I was not doing this myself.
